Democrat of the Year

Each year the Ward 7 Democrats chooses two (2) outstanding residents to be a Democrat of the Year based on community and public service, active participation in Ward 7, and democratic ideas.  The honors are acknowledged at the annual Lorraine H. Whitlock Scholarship Dinner.
