Precinct Captains create excitement in each community during election time.  The captains duties include (a) leading a team to coordinate campaign activities; (b) organizing planning meetings for assigned areas; (c) actively seeking and registering Democratic voters; (d) understanding local law sand rules for Voting Rights; (e) representing the precinct at various local meetings; and (f) developing canvassing strategies during election time.
